Once you’re ready to place your order, click the “contact” link and you’ll be redirected to our service request form.
Fill out the service request form completely, giving as much detail as possible as well as any visions that you may already have for your project, or you can leave it in our hands.
Once the order is submitted, you will be redirected back to the home page where you can click the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the page (provided by PayPal) and you’ll be taken to the secure payment center where a 50% deposit (according to your package) is required before starting your project.
You’ll also receive an email from one of our designers confirming the order or to answer any questions that you may have before starting the project.
Once the initial payment is made, our album cover artists or web designers will design concepts until we get to the one that you like. Then we'll tweak this design until it meets your approval.
When the project is complete the remaining balance is due and can be paid by clicking the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of any page.
Once the remaining balance is paid, we will deliver the finished product by email, upload, or download.
